Pada tahun 2018 dulu, saya pernah menjadi Executive Manager untuk program World Mental Health Week 2018 di kampus dulu. Kami menjemput satu organisasi NGO terkenal untuk sebagai penceramah program How to be a Good Listener. Maaf saya dah tak ingat siapa nama betul speakernya. Tetapi beliau ialah seorang warga Malaysia berketurunan India dan beragama Kristian.  Setelah berakhirnya slot, saya perlu menemani penceramah untuk kudapan malam berserta dengan Program Manager talk tersebut. Sebenarnya, skil Public Relation saya tidaklah mantap mana. Cuak juga sebab saya biasa jadi orang bawahan sahaja dalam program anjuran persatuan psikologi saya sebelum ini.  Ada suatu persoalan yang sering berlegar-legar dalam kepala saya. Apa penyelesaian jangka panjang untuk isu gangguan mental yang semakin berleluasa ini?
